Should any resident wish to address Council on a matter, the following information is REQUIRED to be submitted to the CAO on the Friday immediately preceding the meeting by 12:00 Noon:

• Contact Phone Number
• Email (if applicable)
• Matter to be Brought Up with at maximum a 1-page summary and maximum 2 attachments
